WASHBURN — Brett Fields tossed a mercy-rule shortened perfect game on Friday night as University High silenced Hancock County 16-0 in the Region 1-1A baseball tournament.

The right-hander struck out 10 while going 15 up, 15 down, leading the Bucs into Saturday's championship against Washburn.
