Chattanooga Christian’s Addi Lewis had four RBIs on three hits to lead the Lady Chargers past Lipscomb Academy and a berth in the DII-AA softball Final Four. CCS jumped out to an early lead en route to their 18-3 crushing of the Lady Mustangs.
Lewis doubled in the top of the first scoring two runs and added another two-bagger in the seventh scoring two more runs.
The Lady Chargers added four in the third and two each in the fourth and fifth before piling on with seven runs in the seventh. CCS collected 18 hits to match their run total. Hannah Smith went 4-for-5 at the plate to lead the hit parade. She also took the win in the circle with a complete game outing.
