Who are your favorite to take home the title this season? Last year Penney won a close one over Valle Catholic 21-17.

Schedules should be complete for most all Class 1 teams and available by searching the school, schedules, or the scoreboard.

We are missing some selected St. Louis schools.

I would say with Penney moving up to Class 2, this year should be wide open. I could see any of these 9 teams winning it all:

1. South Shelby-move down from Class 2, return quite a bit

2. Valle Catholic-came close last year, return a fair amount

3. Orrick-beaten by Penney last year, return McGlothlin Eubanks Butler etc

4. Thayer-perennial power, return Tate, Carey, and Cabrales

5. South Harrison, move down from Class 2, return enough to be a contender in Class 1

6. Miller-made the quarters last year losing to Valle, return most of their skill kids, lose the line

7. Wellington-made semis last year, lose QB and RB, but return enough to be solid

8. Pierce City-move down from Class 2, return a lot, but heard a few may have quit

9. Tipton-made semis for 3rd straight year, lost QB, WR, most of line, but did have good young RBs.

I would say with Penney moving up to Class 2, this year should be wide open.

Every two years.

Does Missouri re-classify every two years, or four, or what?

Missouri reclassifies every two years. So the districts that were just done in February will be for this year and 2011.
