Well we got what we wished for , that was a pretty complete game . This WB team played Catholic tough , I just think they picked the wrong time to run into the Rebels. After 2 sloppy games in a row , I think George really challenged the team and they met that Challenge head on . Hope Brandon Guy & Desmond Horne are back real soon . Great game Rebels !!

Hit wuz a bewtifull nite inn UA (Uppur Allin-Wick)....Tha moon wuz big and full....mommaSTARS bellie wuz big, butt knot full.....RebullRon got a yard pass....Gov-Man wuz soundin' good ovur tha big speekurs....Tha Will-Yum Blunt Daince Teem put on a good show.....TSSAA directur Bernard Childress wuz in tha house and sew wuz Solly....Mairvul's deefence caut abowt az minny passes as tha Blunt reeceevurs....Prevo give evurbody a Prevue ov tha next few yeers....Zach Sharp wuz slightlee left that kept a few ov his kickoffs frum goin thru tha uprites....Will-Yum Blunt scorred on tha last play....Blunt Cowntee Farr Dept. Pumper Truk headed back two tha stashun at haiftime....Sum fan wearin' white maik-up and a long coat got mixed up and caim two tha footbawl gaim instead ov goin' two werk at tha haunted house on Willy Bee drive....And fer a chainge..... Mairvul played Mairvul Footbawl..... :thumb:

First game I've gotten to see this year.

 

Started out sluggish on D but the coaches obviously lit a fire underneath the Rebels after that first drive. Couldn't really tell much about the offense at all and it was very basic. Prevo (sp?) is going to be an absolute stud once he spends some time in the weight room.

 

And GovMan - thanks for not using the phrase "inside reverse" tonight. Good call on the Oklahoma Pass as well. :flower:

 

Thank Sol...but I believe I had the wrong state. Think it was actually a Utah pass. When you are down by 50, sometimes your memory starts to go!!!

      Began as a discussion, and evolved into a trainwreck...   Don't know how many of the TC "old guard" are left, but I feel for y'all.   Everybody has to get the last word... no matter the cost and sometimes the cost is high.

      He may have possibly said that to get the best out of him. Back when I was in school word got out I was going to transfer and Coach Story popped off and ask Coach Wilson in front of the team if Maryville was going to get a jock strap in return on this trade. That got back to me and I got fired up and stayed just to show them up. Now today Coach Story is one of my best friends.

      Dylan's Dad, I'm glad you replied. I wanted to reply but wasnt willing to take the bait. There were 20 wrestlers on the team. I may be mistaken and correct me if I'm wrong but I believe 5 of the 20 attend McCallie right now and one will next year. At most, there are/were 6 kids on that team who attend McC. That leaves 14 other team members who have ZERO affiliation with McC (outside of maybe some friends) who represented our state to the best of their ability and wrestled their butts off that weekend. That weekend was a first for Tennessee and obviously a small step in the right direction for us as a state. Congratulations TEAM TN BLACK!
