Coach Johnson is stepping aside. He is a good man and a good coach. Hope he does well in what ever he does. He played for a good coach during his days for the Rebels. Hope they hire a good one. I think an announcement may be soon.

Yeah, I just shot him an e-mail thanking for him for all he's done for me. I hate to see him go and wish him nothing but the best!

Any news on new hire? Jay will be missed by many he was a class coach and a great person and I am glad to see he will still be teaching our Daughters and sons at a great school.

How long has this job been open? I haven't seen it posted, but haven't been on here for a week or so. Just wondering. Had Franklin in my tourney down in Florida 5 or 6 years ago. They were very good and outstandingly coached.

Anybody heard anything about the hire? About to be summer and they have not made an anouncement about it.

Franklin promoted their first-year JV coach from last year, according to FHS assistant Derek Batt...at least that's the impression I was given in regards to their interim plans.

Heard an Indian will become a Rebel. Hogan and the new coach use to walk the same halls.

Word is that Wilson is leaving Harpeth and headed to Franklin. The well has dried up and he's ready to bail!
