Coaches,

The Mid-South Wrestling Club would like to invite you and your wrestlers to come out to a clinic hosted at Germantown High School in the wrestling room on May the 18th from 9am-1pm. This clinic is open to all wrestlers and coaches.

The featured clinician will be U.S. Army Specialist Justin “Harry†Lester. Harry has been a part of many World Teams from the United States, and now currently wrestles for the US Army World Class Athlete Program. Some of his accomplishments: Multiple time High School All- American, 4X Ohio State Champ (98-01), ’99 World Cadet Greco Champion, 2X World Senior Greco Bronze Medalist (06&07), 2012 Olympic Team Member, 2013 All Armed Forces Champion in Freestyle and Greco.

This clinic will cover both Greco and Freestyle techniques, all of which can be easily applied to folkstyle. In addition to technique, Harry will cover topics on nutrition, work-outs, weight training, and mental preparation.

This clinic is free to all. If you are going to attend, please email me to reserve your spot.

If you have any questions feel free to call 901-359-4210 or email to jsimpson@scsk12.org. Hope to see you all there.

Mid-South Wrestling Club President,

Jonathan Simpson
