Coach Vic Grider to Red Bank? Why NOT.......

I think this would be the perfect storm for Coach Vic Grider!

 

Lets think about it, the area has a huge number of housing opportunity. (Mountain Creek Road) For those of you that don't know, Mtn. Creek Rd is the most heavily populated road in the Chattanooga area. It is apartment complexes from one end to the other. If a man wanted to come to an area and build a program RB is the one. All it needs is a legendary coach to come and take it.

 

The facilties are good, the skill players are there.

 

The Vic Grider / Bill Price match up would be awesome.

In Hamilton County, the salary and coaches' supplements are too low, the teaching requirements are too strict, and they won't make room for enough good assistants.

I thought teaching and coaching was like being a firefighter, you do it b/c you like it not the money. LOL

Money talks my friend. Red Bank money doesn't get Grider. They will rebuild but it will be a few years. I'm just keeping if real

I just think RB is ripe for the picking for a good coach. A good coach could build a great program there. The housing abundance is a biggie for getting kids to move into the area.
