good coach. he is a little older but still a solid hire if they decide to go in this direction. good luck to them. they have been beset with some tough hires the last several years.

they haven't had much success in the last few years and lack of success breeds dissent. guy that went to lebanon a few years ago was in the process of turning things around. forget that coach's name but he was moving them in the right direction. i know for a fact the afforementioned coach was called...lets see what they do.he could be a great hire for them. just not sure wc wants to make a committment to someone like him.

Doug Keil was the former coach's name. He was at Lebanon. He is now in Nashville at Glencliff.

Wasn't Bobby Luna at Warren County years ago? I think he was there before Doug Keil wasn't he? I would think being the only h.s. in the county would be a benefit to them. Maybe with the right coach and some motivation it could be a really good job.

Yes, Bobby Luna was at Warren County before Keil. He is still at Gallatin.

They had some serious problems there in the early 90's...Not sure if they have quite recovered from it.

No I don't think the coach the OP was referring to was either Luna or Keil...but WC would be fortunate to have either of them back.
