QSouth89
I was at Catholic this weekend and saw the 17 and under teams play and I was blown away with the talent level of Team Thad. They lost the 6'10 kid from Lexington to an injury and were upset by the South Carolina Raptors but I still believe that Team Thad was the best team there. SB1976
I haven't seen the Team Thad 17U team yet this year, but it doesn't look like they will be an elite national team this year - unlike last year's Leron Black/Chris Chiozza team that was one of the best teams in the country. Thad looks like it will probably be the second best team in the state - behind Team Penny, but in front of Nashville Celtics, Team Nashville, etc. Thad's 16U and 15U teams might be better for their age group. They do lack elite PG play but they are athletic and they defend. The 6'10 kid (I wish I knew his name) is talented. For someone his size he runs the floor like a guard and has excellent post moves. His coach said Florida, Kansas, Virginia and Virginia Tech have offered. They will make some noise.
