Well Croz, here are my thoughts on this one.  IF, once again, IF Clay County has less than 50 yards of penalties and no more than 1 turnover I'd say we'll see a competitive game.  If they aid the Tigers cause then it will be the same old same old.  Clay is getting better, but they aren't where they want, or need, to be.  Gonna take some time.  Coach Brown is the right person to be heading up the effort though.  There are some great kids already in place, and very encouraging things are happening in the junior high and youth leagues.  By the way, to my knowledge this will be the 63rd meeting between the Tigers and the Bulldogs.  The record stands at Clay 25 and Gordonsville 36, with 1 tie.  However, since the Bulldogs win in the fall of '91, the Tigers have won all but 3 of the contests.  Here's hoping that all the boys from both sides get through the game healthy.

Are you involved with the youth league at all?
