Nah, by statement game I mean we got our tails handed to us by Science Hill last night. We allowed 35 in the first quarter. Our boys will be mad and be looking to make a statement that EHS football can play better than that and East is unfortunately the next game. Hopefully the Science Hill game was a wake up call for our guys to step it up this season if we plan on doing anything post season.

East may have a decent year in a couple of seasons, but right now they're way too young to be able to keep up with a team like Betsy.  DC's back had over 200 yards rushing in their game against East, for what it's worth.

It was a great game to watch. First quality win for the Vikes since the 2012 win over Mo' West in my opinion.
