49-28. Defense played well second half. New QB is getting broke in!! Struggled a little but future is bright!

Congratulations to Scott's Hill. They never gave up. I really think they will battle for 3rd place in district and might sneak in the playoffs with a wildcard. TCA did not play with any energy or enthusiasm in the first half. They finally realized that SH was for real and played football in second half. I talked to some of the SH fans during half and after the game and they were very classy. Wish them the best the rest of the year. Now for a little game recap: TCA scored on every single possession until subs went in. The offense was basically unstoppable. Akin had 6 TD passes and probably 350 yards. Reviere had 4 TD receptions, Goldsmith 1 and Parker 1. Goldamith and Bond ran the ball real well. Defense played very stingy in second half. A lot of credit goes to SH in the first half. TCA plays host to 3A Jackson Central Merry next Friday. They will be loaded with athletes. Should be a competitive game.
