With practice starting today might as well take a guess at how 12A will turn out.

1.  Loretto (Returns all but one from last years team and will have a very deep bench at all positions.)

2. Summertown (Ill go ahead and put them 2nd assuming they are hitting the three most nights else they may be below Waynesboro.)

3. Waynesboro ( Returns most of the team and should do well but without Sawyer Ray it will be tough)

4.  Frank Hughes (Ill go ahead and put them at four but the great unknown of the guys from Miami is a bit intriguing.  Have heard mixed reviews. Have no idea but cant hurt.)

5.  Collinwood (lost waaaay too much from last years great team, I know they still have a couple that played last year but they will need more than just those two.)

6.  Perry Co. (Similar to Collinwood they lost too much from last years team).

Who you got?

Linden will be much improved and the big man 6'5 Jake Edwards has improved a lot and has lost weight. It'll be a better year than last for these boys.

They had the whole team today, number 32 is about 6'5 and can shoot with the best of them but if you shut him down you'll be ok and number 5 is pretty good he's a lefty and looked young. Linden lost 68-57 and they didn't keep their main guys in much he subbed a lot! When he had the main 5 or 7 in then Linden was winning by five or more but when he went deep on the bench they struggled but overall it was a great showing and Adamsville will be a huge threat in District 15.

How many players did Perry Co. lose from last years team?

Linden lost 5 players from last year but the team they have now are still junior and senior strong. Should be a lot better from last year and the way they played today, this season could be a lot better than last years (6-20) team that went to Region and lost to Columbia Academy.

Thanks for the information. Dont know who the lefty is. Yes 32 is a senior and he is their best player. He will be a hard shut down for any team. They have another big kid as tall as 32 but not as good, he plays football. They have a long haired guard that is pretty good too. shoots threes. Sounds like yall were in control for the most part. best of luck to Perry County this season.

There was a long haired kid I wanna say his number was 15 and he shot the ball extremely well, the only thing for them is that they don't go to the offensive boards what so ever. That's what Linden thrived on and they were run and gun the whole time. Adamsville will be a force and 32 seems to be pretty legit. Other than him they are good but not great. Hope they have a great year this year. And I appreciate it westtennhoops! Hope your team has a good year as well

I thought Perry Co. lost several and some pretty good ones.  I remember the big kid he did a pretty good job for them last year.  He should be an asset this year in 12A as there are a few teams that could be with out an inside presence this year and a big guy will help out.

Yes we lost one of our top scorers but we have a few guys that played Junior Varsity last year that are a lot better shooters and the point guard Hunter Layne did a great job driving and finishing in traffic off the dribble. Yes the big man has improved a ton in a year and he will be a great asset with Keatton Bates also returning after taking last year off.
