Kaz hunt no bear, this week is Tiger....!  I going to take the treacherous trek down into Tiger-ville and get to calming them down with the Ju-Ju Smoke (works good with Bears, Bees, and other vicious animals).  I'll have them softened up by the time my boyo's arrive.  Have the big Eigth Grade class suiting up makes the sideline look good!  Even though they stand little chance of playing....it gives us a lot of warm bodies along the bench.

My guess is Sunbright will have tough time opening running lanes against the Indian Defensive Line.  Our tackles are hard to move because of their size.  The LB's roam sideline to sideline very well and the OLB's contain the parameter pretty well out there.  Sunbright's best option is to keep us spread out and give their backs some space to operate in or they are in for a long night.  They going to have to use the pass to open up the run.  Our DB's have been playing pretty well as of late and, as West did last week, they have enough ball hawking skills to change things in a hurry.  His interception took the wind out of Coalfield's sails.  From that point, Oneida was running downhill fast after that occurred.  The Oneida Defense has been among the states best at keeping points to a minimum in games this year.  If Oneida scores 3 TD or more they will win this ball game.  I expect your going to get a very motivated Indian bunch this Friday.  Clinch the District title with a win...!

BIGTIME win Thursday boys and the atmosphere was top notch. Its hard to get up for a game at sun town after a atmosphere like that one, I hope the boys stay up for this road trip. We need to keep everyone healthy this week and week 10. Rumor has it Lambert (number 8) is wearing a cast on his hand after the coalfield game.

Kaz...Crow.. or Whomever, I have a quick selfish question because TV can be deceiving at times.

How good do you think Coalfield really is? Have they improved that much or did you guys just get their best effort. I am only asking because this is the first time in a while we might have a real shot at upsetting them. I know it may still be a longshot. Just curious what your opinions are. Thanks

    • Yep..could possibly have 3 teams ranked in top ten in the same four team district.
    • He had an opportunity to be the OC at TC without final say in the offensive gameplan. How does that work? Smh. Head Coaches are public figures regardless of the community size, and yes there are some out there, it’s irrelevant and not fair to them to name them on here. Also why is said “head coach” the head coach of the MS baseball program to begin with? Oh because no one wants it. As for the Lebanon question, I know what I’ve been told so just going off here say, some of the boosters were not happy with his roster decisions and wanted him out. Although he lead them to 20+ wins in multiple seasons
    • A head coach in the school system? No I dont think so. Head coaches are public figures in small communities. Not trying to slander, but this is an actual question. Do you know why he was forced to resign at Lebanon? This was his second chance.  He already left trousdale once and had an opportunity to come back a couple of years ago but spoiled that.
    • Are you perfect? Nope no one is, at the end of the day there are several teachers/coaches and even some in the Trousdale County school system that have DUI’s on their record. You’re correct on it being a bad mistake and it unfortunately could have ended horribly. While you consider the consequences minimal, I can assure you they are not. Ultimately I hope and have faith that he will learn from it and use it to better himself.
