Gallatin at Mount Juliet

I've been looking forward to this game all year. Gallatin is playing well on both sides of the ball, with MJ coming off a bye week we are going to have to bring our A game in this battle. Thoughts.. Predictions??

Containing the ever dangerous Chowbay will be a tough task. Both teams have got their offense in prime motion. Several are dinged up for Gallatin and I hope they can get back this week.

I think this will be a good game! I believe it will come down to who has the least mistakes. I'm leaning toward the Bears since they had a week off too heal up a little. Talk more later.

Only can say a rough estimate on a few players..... Our top WR has close to 600 yards receiving and 4 tds his name is Alex Landis, our kicker has made 7-8 fields goals and missed just as many, Chowbay's stats look better when you don't factor in his completion percentage, and we may not even have a RB over 350 yards. That's our huge problem.

Yeah but how many runningbacks are getting carries. Usually the Golden Bears use 5 or 6.

It has taken a long time to get here, but this game will tell the truth about where these teams really are.  I think MJ needs a win to make the playoffs.  Gallatin needs a win to solidify hosting a first round game. I won't make a prediction yet, but it should be a great game.  The last time Gallatin came to MJ feeling good about themselves, they got hammered.  Both teams should be very focused.

Yes, I definitely remember watching that one. 2011. Both were 7-0 going into the game and that place was Packed! MJ simply showed up to play and GHS didn't look prepared in that one. But both of those teams were MUCH more talented than the rest of the district that year IMO. And that may had very well been MJ's best team in history.
