Bulldogs still got the advantage here, but the Creek is improving every week. Is this the week they get a district win? I think Smyrna feels the playoffs within reach, who wants it more?

This has trap game written all over it. Cant get caught looking past Stewarts Creek to Riverdale. We have come out flat in every game this year excluding Lavergne and Oakland. And we were not has hyped as we should have been against Lavergne. Meaning that we can't allow Stewarts Creek to hang around. Since we laid an egg at Siegel two weeks ago this game is a must win to qualify for the playoffs. Riverdale Is playing much better this year and is a team to be reckoned with. We don't need to let this game get away and have the added pressure of needing to win against Riverdale to qualify for the playoffs. For the first time all season we need to play a complete game. Play smart, hard nose football. Play from whistle to whistle and stop the theatrics after the whistle. Do your job from kick off to the last second of the forth qtr. Have something to build on after this game. But by all means do not overlook Stewarts Creek. GET IT DONE THIS WEEK!!!!

Other than the two mental breakdowns on special teams, allowing the fake punt and on side kick, we played a good solid game all the way around. As close to a complete game as we have played all season. We didn't get caught up on there win/loss record and play down. We just came out and played our game. No doubt we have some areas that will attention this week to get ready for Riverdale. But overall a good win. Go job Bulldogs!
