5A MID TN and West Regions next year

Just my opinion but Henry county should be either in a west region or Williamson county but not Clarksville. Don't know why they have been grouped with Clarksville recently.

Henry Co is 2 hours from every Memphis school

Henry Co is 2 hours from Williamson Co schools

Henry Co is 1 hour from 4 Clarksville schools.

There are 4 Sumner County teams not 2. I'm hoping the TSSAA doesn't group all 4 metro teams with Sumner. It makes more since to split it somewhere. I can see Columbia with Williamson County schools as well.

My bad Paris, guess my geography is bad. I thought Williamson county and west tn were closer. I could care less I don't support any of three.

Well it shouldn't be. Yep y'all are much closer than I thought. I saw a news report not long ago and counce was complaining about travel. An hour seems reasonable to me. What was his real reason for complaining.

Its 50 miles to Clarksville, not a bad drive with the road being 4 lane all the way now as well. However, our closest away game is that far. We can't get anybody to play us inside of 50 miles. So I imagine that's what the issue is. 5 times a year minimum we have to drive 50-120 miles to games.
