Pretty sure West is geographically closer to quad 1 than Clinton, I think Clinton goes to quad 2 and West stays in 1

Yep.  Quads, then seeding.  Looking forward, I doubt that Central wins next week and I think Tullahoma should be favored in their final game, so AC will probably move back to Quad 1.
