Unless I am totally mistaken, That's if you have the same seeding. If both were #1 seeds, then it goes to the even quad. But if one team is a higher seed ( #1 vs. #2), then the higher seed gets to host not matter which quad.

That was the old rule. New rule that was implemented two years ago changed that. Last year TCA was district champions and won quad 4. Adamsville was district runner up and won quad 3. Adamsville hosted when we played them because odd quad hosted in odd year.

It actually flips with top and bottom. Top in odd and bottom in even. That also matches up to evens and odds.
