Anyone know who might be the front runners for this job?  What type of team do they have coming back?  What does the future look like for the Cobras?

No clue on this one. I've heard names for the other metro openings but nothing on the creek. I'll say they hire a current assistant from somewhere. Can't see any head coach wanting it.

Whites Creek has been down in all sports for several years now. Many theories as to why. Prospects for any improvement are bleak at best.

Are there athletes in the school who do not play? Or is there just not enough? What kind of support does the Administration give to the program?

Wreagle the creek has talent on the field. Not sure but I would guess there are more walking the halls. Not sure about the admin or other aspects. A good coach with a good staff could win at the creek. Last time it happened was under Law.

Good coaches can win in Metro. The problem is that on too many occasions they choose to hire terrible coaches.

 

Gore wins at McGavock. Clayton wins at Hillsboro. Blade and Aydelott also won at Hillsboro. Brunetti and Fitzgerald have won at Pearl. Thompson won at Maplewood. Woodard won at Antioch. Campbell won at Hunters Lane and at Stratford. Wilson won at East Literature and Glencliff.

 

Good coaches can and have won in Metro. Terrible coaches who expect it to be easy and base it off of a few athletes here and there quickly fizzle out.

Truth be told now it doesn't matter who they get because East and CPA is in their district..There losing kids also. You know the popular thing to do nowadays is to go to school and play with your friends and big kids now days don't want to go to a losing school

The head coach resigned. Guess one of the longest losing streaks was enough. I haven't heard much about Stratford either but they may have already had an idea of who they wanted.

The Creek just needs to shut down. I never hear anything good about that place anymore.
