why not, not enough team speed unless you guys come up with some. All other area you are pretty much good to go on.

BVD, I hear you guys have more talent coming up.  Congrats on the future.  I'm going to try to see the Devils play at least once in 2015.  I want to see how these new schedule shake out though first.  I do really enjoy looking over all the area matchups, week to week, and deciding where to go.  I probably see more 'different' teams play in a season because of this than anybody.  It's fun sitting with all the different teams and hitting all the different concessions!  2015 will be fun with new matchups and still some old rivalries.

 

To answer your original question above.  (why not us?):  The Devils' lack of a passing game hurts you, in my opinion.  That would be an area I'd work on.  I do think the Devils win their new conference without a loss in 2015 (as South may be down, and Betsy isn't in the mix anymore as they dropped a classification).  But to progress down the road, you need a better passing game.  Team speed is an issue mentioned above, but you can't just create team speed like Fulton.  South had you guys in the speed area this year, but neither of you could match the Fulton speed as I saw online (I must note: I never actually saw Fulton in person, but theres a lot of video online).

Sullivan South will be the team to give Greeneville trouble in Region 1 4A.

Puddin hit it right on the head the passing game I think killed us - plus I didn't really see anyone step up and become the leader like in the past teams the 09 2010 and 2011 team had some step up kids we feel off in 2012 but the 2013 team looked again like the old devils I think the big game bit us at fulton and you cant give them anything this 2014 team while very very good on the d-side of the ball the offense was one sided with a ground game that was a little above average , I think it is hard to keep the other team honest when they load the box and sit back and wait for ya .

 I have took the time to go watch fulton at least one time each of the last 4 years and they have went to another level since we won over them in 2010 -11 - this years team I feel is a better all around team than last years team even though they lost the rollins kid I watched him in two games last year and man he was a joy to watch - this years d-line looks really good for fulton they should have no problem bringing it back to k-town .

 getting back to the devils I have been watching the middle school ranks since 2009 just watching the young men coming up this years freshman class will be soph's next and the incoming freshman is one of the better classes I have seen in a while -

 all in all WHY NOT!  HEY BVD I THINK YOU STOLED THAT FROM MY WILDCATS ! that's there motto on recruiting gotta give you a hard time even though you all handed us our tails - WE WILL GET YA BACK COME BASKETBALL SEASON ! Going into 2014 --I posted numerous times that Knox Cath and Sull South I thought were the favorites .. with Fulton and Greeneville maybe a step behind ... Fulton has exceeded my expectations offensively .. defensively I knew they were good ..but a QB that had not started , 5 new offensive lineman and not having a homerun threat at RB .. thought we might struggle a little offensively .. but we have more weapons this year that last really ..sure Rollins and Hawkins were special ..we depended on them a great deal .. Rollins got hurt in 1st Qtr of SS game ... took a little time to figure it out and then Hawkins carried us the rest of way .. this year there are at least 5 guys handling the TD load .. more weapons and options .. we loose  2 or 3 of those options after this year .. return 3 ol, tb, wr  .. but it will be challenge ..so Im gonna say Knox Cath again is favorite next year ( hope Im wrong) ...and Fulton, Greeneville and SS behind them.
