Deion24
Congratulations to the Maryville High football team, coaches, and fans. You have a great program. After the way this game started tonight, you guys are very deserving of State Champions! That was also a very good team you beat tonight. BigDave1967
This to me is the sweetest Championship with how Maryville had to have a huge comeback and had to have the defense save them.
BT Mafia
Anyone else question the onside kick after tying the game at 28? Why give RHS the ball at midfield when you have the momentum? Turned out OK but that seemed odd to me.

Well, the kick at the half (right before that touchdown to tie it) Jefferson returned the ball to the 50.... so maybe GQ weighing his options? Not sure. I definitely questioned GQ's clock management in the last 5 minutes. But all is well that ends well!! 15 time state champions!

WesVLT
I learned big time in this game NEVER EVER question George QuarlesAmen. George is almost as successful as he is humble. For such a brilliant coach, he handles himself with utmost class. I'm thrilled for him and the Maryville program.
