Certainly hope all goes well..I would really like to see this program grow...

Track and Field have just gotten the boot; so maybe there will be 2 or 3 hundred extra dollars in UTC's budget to give a little extra support to the new coach. His ability to coach up girls will only go so far; good players will need more than their llaundry done to commit to the program. Booger is hoping the bestfor the program and girls; it was awful difficult watching the last coach lead his train wreck.

He has a pipeline to great players in Canada so maybe that will help?

 

We are going just to support him and the program. I hope the best for him. He's a really good coach and a better person.

and so they decide not to cut the track and field......ncaa must have changed their mind on da title IX issue

Because the best way to ensure Title IX compliance is to cut OTHER sports. Good reversal by UTC on that one. Title IX is well intended, but Title IX compliance efforts by universities have been absurd.
