I think mo west is for real this year. Knox west lost all their stars & coach, mo west returns basically the whole team. The Smoky Bears are 2-9 all time vs knox west but the timing could not be more perfect to pick up a win for the Bears.

Mo west is really good. They'll be tough this year and next year. I do think the somky bears beat know west this year, but this was just a spring scrimmage, that doesn't mean anything when we play the game

I agree West played a lot better this year than last year in terms of scrimmages. I thought West moved the ball pretty well on them and other than some tackling issues played them even. West even had a pick 6 on them.

 

Let's be honest we lost some major guys but they have some young rising sophs and juniors that are ready to make a name for them.

Not a bad scrimmage for a Knox West team losing all the players they lost and with all that MoWest has returning! The 1s vs. 1s was even I thought. MoWest scored 1 time and then West had a pick 6 and also scored with #5 at RB on 4 run plays for the drive. MoWest scored 2 times the entire scrimmage. Overall a good scrimmage and both teams need some work and the depth at Knox West was impressive with the young guys.

I agree! 7 and 3 is pretty realistic.  I think those first 2 games, both on TV, will set the tone for the whole season.  Both Hardin Valley and Sevier County will be big tests.  If they can pull out wins against those 2 schools, I think they will have a great season.  Lots of time between now and then to work out the bugs.  Time will tell.  Also if Isaiah recovers fully from injury, that will help on the OL.  I think he can participate in July.

The new region is a joke so West should still have a pretty good year. I still think they make it to atleast the 3rd round.
