The Hendersonville Commandos had a great spring racking up a win in their scrimmage against Smyrna. After two solid years in 6A do you think they will be contenders for a championship this fall in 5A? They have two returning starters on the offensive line. There is a big question mark on who will be the quarterback this fall. They also have Terrell Carter as corner back and running back. Carter holds two offers from Kentucky and Tennessee. They have incoming transfer Joejuan Williams from Father Ryan who is the top prospect in the state. They have Jack Towe who is a power back and strong safety and can run the ball very well along side Carter in the Wing- T offense. Currently Sam Laws and Alex Tate are the only two returning starters on the offensive line so there is question on that. Defensive line is strong with two returning starters, Daly Cull and Brandon Dove. At tight end they have a a 6'6" tight end, Jordan Amis. Amis is looking to get his first offers this summer as he is a great catcher and amazing blocker. What do you think their chances of winning a state championship are as we see them playing recent state runner up Hillsboro, McGavock, Beech, and Siegel in the regular season?

I would think they'll have another good season. I just can't see them beating the top 3-5 teams. The wing t just won't get it done against the best teams. If they decide to open it up a bit they could do more damage. Either way good luck to those guys.
