SB National Dual Training Camp

We would like to open our training camp to anyone around. The more training partners we can get for our guys the better. Obviously our focus will be on the guys on the team but anyone who wants a few good workouts below is our schedule.

 

Sunday May 30th

 

7pm--8pm- Short drill and live wrestling

 

Monday and Tuesday June 1st and 2nd

 

8-930 am- Morning Run and Drilling

 

12-2pm- Mostly Technique with Conditioning

 

5-730pm- Technique and Live Wrestling

 

Come help our boys get better!!

How are our boys doing?

We finished 2nd in our pool today, yellow/green pool.. Lost to New York on the last match. Been tough going with our 3 fortifiets and then losing Bradley Goidwyn after he broke his arm in his first match really put us behind the 8 ball. . But, we had several quality team wins today. Logan Whiteside, Bradley Williams and Noah Evens all went undefeated and earned USA Schoolboy GRECO All American.

Tomorrow starts a brand new tournament.. We open with Maryland in the morning for Freestyle at 8am and all of our matches are being broadcasted live on Flo wrestling if you want to watch...

Congrats to all of the wrestlers for bettering theirselves this summer. Whiteside keeps adding to his Greco resume maybe the next Debien? A long shot but it's interesting.
