Randall Cobb

The list would be way too long to name everyone, so I'll just go with players that were born in Tennessee, and are either currently playing in the NFL, or played in the NFL in the past.

I pulled up this list with all these names on it from a quick 2 minute google search.A simple copy and paste effort from me. I'm sure it's potentially missing some important names on it, as well as lesser known NFL players that ever made a NFL roster in the past. Feel free to add to the list, and to correct any of my mistakes.

Ever hear of Reggie White, how about the Hannah boys that played at Baylor?

Personally watched

Alcoa:

Randall Cobb- Kentucky, Green Bay Packers

Brandon Warren- Florida St., Tennessee

Dustin Lindsey- Coffeyville CC (UT commit)

I can name 20 + Alcoa greats too but these are the 3 that stand out

Maryville:

Aaron Douglas- Tennessee, Alabama

Also could name 15-20 more Rebels, but Douglas is hands down the best I've seen

BJ Coleman- McCallie, UT, UT-C, Green Bay Packers

Harrison Smith- Catholic, Notre Dame, Minnesota Vikings

Avery Williamson- Milan, Kentucky,

Tennessee Titans

Chris Donald- Huntingdon, UT, UT-C

Ben Cunningham- Goodpasture, MTSU, St. Louis Rams

  • 3 weeks later...

Old Pirate says Reggie White and the ole ball coach (Steve Spurrier - Heisman ) would be candidates

I agree OP,these two and Johnny Majors may be the best three ever.Reggie without a doubt was the best ever!In Majors he played numerous positions in College and he was a great punter/quick kicker also not to mention a National Championship (Pitt) coach along With Spurrier. Edited by orngnblk
