Hopefully henry county starts playing in the first quarter this time

Will be a tough test for the Pats. I just hope it's not a repeat of the Ridgeway series last year (lose a close one in the reg. season, get blown out in the quarterfinals). 

 

I'll be interested to see how we approach this one offensively. We didn't show much of our hand in tonight's win. Only 8 passing attempts, and none of them were deep (that I remember). Obviously we didn't have to, but I expected us to open things up tonight a bit more than we did. Could be a different story next week against that stout run defense.

Did anyone hear the Centennial head coach's interview on 102.5? Later on  the show, the talking head seem to imply that the coach didn't seem to concerned about facing Henry County a second time and said his team controlled the game (which they did) for 31/2 quarters then took their foot off the gas.

Back in my day that was called bulletin board material.

If you need bulletin board material in the 3rd round of the playoffs, your team has no pulse. Im sure both teams will be ready to play.

Will be a battle and both teams are pretty stout. The first go around shocked several with the "lack" of intensity and play by HC.

I've learned the hard way. Don't bet against Rector. You can throw convention out the window when talking about one of his playoff teams. Expect the unexpected and be prepared to go to plan J.

As indy fan ( if we beat boro ) I would prefer playing HC as Bunch would pass for over 450 yds on you guys and fact CHS would look for revenge when Indy smashed them 49-6 earlier this year

Indy is better than most teams in the CFB top 25, apparently. He's a Notre Dame fan, you should expect this kind of arrogance.

Under this screen name.  He's been around for several years, previously posting under Notre Dame 66 and GoldenDomer. He said in another thread he made three tackles playing for ND so maybe he got his eggs scrambled on one of those hits and it affected the "be nice" portion of the brain.
