OK the weather is getting colder and that can only mean one thing it's Baseball time in Tennessee. So lets hear the predictions for 7 AAA this season. Will the Warriors stay on top? Or will someone else take the crown this season?

Oakland is returning every starter except 1. They are also have 3 key players returning from injury. They return every pitcher and get 2 back from Tommy John. Sophomore JP Pennington will be one to watch. Mid to upper 80's. With a senior almost at every position, they might be the heavy favorite

Problem with arm care in high school could be a summer team coach or trying to air it out at a showcase for the radar gun... A lot of factors come into play. Could be all those curve balls in little League coming back to haunt...

Likely a combonation of chronic overuse by the summer coach and the high school coach.    This is when the parent needs to set limits on how many innings (pitches) the player is going to throw in HS and in the summer and stick to it.

 

Also an arm care program, if the HS and TC don't know find someone who does... these injuries are becoming increasingly more popular...

The DNJ poll had Siegel / Stewarts Creek / Oakland as the top three yesterday IIRC. The 7AAA baseball guru told me Siegel was the favorite (but he tells me that every year).

 

Maybe MJ is just really good.
