Best coaches?

I don't know if there are three better teams in a AA region next year than CAK, Catholic and Fulton.

 

All three (even last year) are state tournament level teams.

Being in the same region is tough. I still think AE will be a sleeper even with Hale transferring.

Alcoa is always tough too even if their record isn't that good.

I am a homer I know on this but gotta add Mike Doig from GCA to this list. He has been in Tennessee 3 years now and has had 2 quarter and 1 Seni Final trips to state. Thats 3 for 3 in 3 years.

 

I agree with Aaron Green,Shane Wells and Jody Wright as other top coaches. I also think South Greenes girls coach is a great coach.

I've been impressed with his teams and their style of play. He's got several excellent players at the A level which has been a big part of that success.

I'm just curious. Does anyone have better incoming talent than Fulton, Maryville, and Oak Tidge on a yearly basis?

Our talent (OR) will take a big hit after this coming season. But our frosh went undefeated last year and the middle schools have some pretty good talent coming up. We've always had good basketball talent for years though a long time before Green ever came here.

I think Randy Moore is a good coach but his team finished 9th last year in 3AAA.

He's a good coach, but Red Auerbach couldn't have won with the talent he had last year.
