Watertown @ Forrest

Recommended Posts

There has been buildup to this all season.

Barring a natural disaster or the rapture, the winner will take region.

I thinks Watertown wins, but the last two weeks has concerned me.

Watertown sleepwalks through the first half then actually tries the second half.

The defense didn't look good tonight all, out of position and poor tackling.

There was absolutely no reason Eagleville should've been up at the half, let alone shutting out Watertown for that half.

I'd love to see Watertown win, one thing they can do to help that, GET THE BALL TO BATES MORE!

Forrest has a really good kicker which could be the difference in what I expect to be a close game. They have different style offenses with Forrest liking the ball control time of possession game. If the rockets can sustain long drives and keep it away from H2O they will be in good shape. The Forrest pass game has improved over the last few weeks so that should keep the Tigers honest. Starters were pulled with 5 min left in the 2nd against cascade so they should be rested. Safe travels for the purple tigers and we'll see you Friday night at the Rock.

Watertown's kicker is setting school records according to what I read in the paper.

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
