*If Morristown West's forfeit win over Catholic was treated as a throwaway (bye), the Trojans would drop from 5th to 9th in the rankings.

 

A few things that stand out - Overall wins obviously matter, but quality of wins definitely shows up here. Farragut, who didn't win their region, would be the overall #1 seed. Gibbs, who won Region 2, would end up the #8 seed based on these rankings. Region 2 and Region 4 each get a 5th team into the playoffs (Knox West and Cleveland), while Crockett (Region 1) and Lenoir City (Region 3) would be left at home.
