Unaka at Greenback

This is coming from a Creeker, one who was on my fair share of lopsided losses. But if Unaka legit isn't planning on showing up, they had best have the decency to try to pay Greenback at least part of the gate they will be loosing. Greenback has earned this game, the gate, and another home game for those kids to play in front of their friends and family.

Thanks for correcting yourself.I was fixing to give you my answer!A lot of our young kids play every Fri night so its hard NOT to let them finish drives.We have no JV because we don't have enough personnel for it.I hope Unaka shows so we can stay in our routine!Making the playoffs is such a privilege and if they don't show they need to be cut off next year in my opinion!

players apperantly got together and had a vote on wanting to forfeit the playoff game. Supposedly this happened about a week ago. I don't know anything for sure. The administration wants the game played obviously.

Then the headlines in the paper should say Greenback 1 Unaked 0

TSSAA should put an end to 1 - 9, 2 -7, and teams with less than a 5 -5 record from making the playoffs.

If they are not coming, then Concord Christian should be awarded that 4th place playoff position. I'm sure they would appreciate the experience.

I have been told its being led by the seniors, most of the sophomores and freshmen are wanting to play. I heard McKinney was resigning this coming Monday!
