Greeneville 2017 Schedule?

Little fun fact about Pisgah.Tuscola is Pisgah big rival game.One of the biggest games of the year in Western North Carolina.The 50/50 pot this year got up to almost $40,000.The winner got over $19,000.Think I might go to that game next year.

And the last 2 semi finals you guys have played in turned out how ?? I think the past say 11 or 12 years I think Giles Co may have won a semi final game .. so the the State finalist always comes from Region 1 or Region 2 ... 

 

We won state in 2009 (beat Greeneville) and we made it to the Finals in 2013.

My Bad .. you are correct ... Fulton beat yall in 2012 and 2013  ... 2012 we came to Pulaski and beat yall when you were number 1 in state ... and in 2013 in the finals.

Out of region schedule is 3 6a teams in Dobyns-Bennett (over twice the size of Greeneville and beat Smyrna last year) Science Hill (over twice the size of Greeneville and beat Siegal last year), and Morristown West (old imac rival that still play every year and 5a quarter finalist last year) and a 12-2 Pisgah team outside of Asheville who made it to the quarter finals in North Carolina. I don't see us beating any of those teams by 70.

 

You want us to schedule Oakland? Is that what your getting at? Outside of Oakland last year the other boro teams were on the same scale as DB or Science Hill.....

Your all over it.If the Devils were to play a school smaller on a scale compared to how much bigger DB and SH are to Greeneville, that school would have to be smaller then the DB band .That says something both ways I guess

Pisgah had a kid sign with Alabama as a preferred walk-on this year.Pisgah will a a 2a school next year in NC.

I've never been to their stadium,but brought the family back home through the Pisgah national forest a few months ago.Beautiful country over there,wish I could take those mountain roads like when I was younger.

I have not seen the schedule myself with the dates and everything set.

DB beat Smyrna yes...After their 3 star rb plus back was out, plus their 3 star QB was out and 3 other starters! Good job, Siegal, played a lot of sophomore s last year and the worse team in the boro.
