UT-Martin got a steal! I wish Tech could have got him.

LeRoy must really likes MJ as I feel that he's the MAIN reason So. Miss offered dude, but he was a big play threat so he got some talent but D1, wow?!?!?

Yeah ... D1. He has all of the intangibles that can't be coached. Size, speed, and hands. He's not the biggest WR but he's not small either. He's 6'-2", 180 lbs. He can flat-out burn! His hands are tight. He's also a return specialist. I can see Southern Miss trying to find a place for him to prosper.

Man, his 1st quarter of the State Title game made me think he didn't know HOW to play football but if those are his measurables, with that speed he's got it makes sense. I hope he thrives there like LeRoy did

Yeah ... I think he was trying too hard to make a play and did some things out of character that hurt his team. However, I don't blame the safety that Oakland scored on him. That play should have never been called in the first place. I do understand that the OC just wanted to get the ball in his hands BECAUSE he has made plays all year. That wasn't the time to call THAT particular play.

He's a very good return specialist. If he gets a seam on the cover team ... he's gone! I also love him in bubble screens. He flourishes in those as well. He's just so dog gone fast!

According to the Whitehaven Football Twitter Page, which re-tweeted a post made by local sports anchor Jessica Benson's Twitter Page, Whitehaven had  ....

19 young men to sign Letters Of Intent today. 19!

Way to go Whitehaven. Way to go Coach Saulsberry! You are simply the best high school football coach in the state of Tennessee, bar none!, at getting your players to get an opportunity to sign Letters of Intent to play football in college.

THE BEST!

There you have it. Nineteen (19) young men who all signed Letters of Intent to play football in college, with their HC in the middle. There was even a statement on the Whitehaven Twitter page that there could possibly be more to come! Image that.

Coach Rodney Saulsberry ... you are THE BEST!

PERIOD!

Tyrone Cason may be a steal for BSC...

I guess Mosby wants to go compete. That's admirable

    • If someone needed their grades pumped up surley it would have to be for someone needing it to get to another level. If your intending on going to work right after high school it wouldn't matter. Why would someone in their right mind think if they screwed it up in high school that their ready for college. It has to be for an athlete to get them over the fence to get in and from that point the school their going to will cheat them through the rest of the way for their athletic skills just like the rest.
    • The new school will be on that road behind Home Depot next to a church. I'm wondering if this could take from Greenback or could it be the end of Greenback, they only have 200 students.
    • Yeah it will take the county kids in that area that were going to lenior city. They will move down to 4a I think

    • That's utterly ridiculous. No way a public school pays money to get rid of a coach. They just fire them. There's no coaching contract it's year to year.
