Hendersonville kicks off spring practice in a couple of weeks and will be traveling to Tennessee Tech to scrimmage Walker Valley.. Don't know much about them but looked at their schedule from last year where they finished 7-5, seemed to play some quality opponents and had some close losses to a couple that probably could've gone the other way. Anyone know anything about them? What Offense/Defense they run, players coming back, have they traditionally been a good team?

Good to play someone we are not familiar with. Keep in mind that our starting QB, best receiver, starting TE/DE will not play due to baseball. Good opportunity for others to step up. We have done well in some spring scrimmages and not as well in others. As usual the coaching staff will play a lot of guys so I don't put much stock in a win or loss. Need to see how our young Ol/DL perform as that is our biggest question mark for the fall. Let's get our work in, no injuries and enjoy the opportunity to play at TTU.

Commandos and WV play on Friday May 12th at TTU. WV has a very good QB returning in Kolten Gibson who has thrown for over 6000 yds in his career with a lot of TD's and very few picks. Good to play a quality program like the Mustangs have.

Didn't make it out yesterday but am going today to watch for a bit.. Our line is definitely the biggest question going into spring..
