I should also add that a good darn defense relies on a solid offense. You can’t expect your defense to hold the darn light 60-65 plays a night while your offense turns the ball over. I just want you to know that I am extremely disappointed in not only you but half the parents that attend our football games. You guys and you guys only are what is wrong with this team. You know the high school practices everyday 3:30-6 pm Monday through Thursday. How many people do you know to play division 1 football plus play in the NFL? I’d say jack squat aside from Coach Hayworth. Not only has that man busted his butt Monday through Thursday to help these boys try and win a game and put them in places to win games. Players play and coaches coach. He can call every defensive play in the world if the players won’t execute it then there ain’t nothin he can do. Coach Hayworth didn’t replace the OC. The OC stepped down at 1 am homecoming morning and hasn’t done so much as help make adjustments during the game for the past 3 games. But let’s make no mistakes the score board has been lit up more times under the offensive line coaches offense then the former OC that just stands there on the sideline not trying to help anybody. But I guess you’d know what’s going on if you wasn’t kicked out of the field house huh. 58 points scored compared to the lousy 14 points scored against a York team that we should have beat the breaks off the team. No let’s blame coach Hayworth because we wasn’t there for those two games. You and the current fan base we have now are what’s wrong with this football team. Instead of trying to bash a man and not support him y’all should be the ones supporting him and helping him in anyway possible. Heck maybe you can force the 30 players that don’t show up to practice through the week. Heard sequatchie had a big win in OT against Marion county. Haven't had the chance or time to check GC out. Been busy prepping to take 40 vets/disabled vets dove huntin sept 1st

They should beat east Hickman, ezell Harding, cannon, cascade, York, as for sequatchie, smith an upperman it is a toss up, don't know about dekalb this year. I see 6-7 wins this year. And crisp field will stay crisp field.

Grundy cancelled their scrimmage for today due to weather but will scrimmage Moore county next week I think. As for Grundy dropping Marion county teams that's completely false. Marion county and south Pitt both dropped Grundy. Get off the Bryant horse it's been 3 years already since they were in control. You can say what you want about us playing ezell Hickman and cascade but it's ball games.. just hope that they don't pull a Bryant coaching problem by losing to the teams they should blow out and getting blown out by teams they shoulda or coulda beat.

How many return for upperman and smith? I believe that Grundy will upset 1 of those 2 teams this year leaning more towards beating upperman though.

Just logged back on since playoffs. Hate to hear cannon is down this year after last year. Grundy hit the weights hard this off season having a mostly junior class this year I'd say that they are going to be a lot better then last year. Could be wrong but coulda swore heard we were gonna have 40 players or so. Most of them are players from last year. 1.upperman 2. Sequachie 3. Grundy 4. Smith 5. York 6. Cannon super excited bout ball this year. Can't wait for it to get here

I think it's retarded to get rid of coach Tate let the man have 1 more year. All his players will be mostly juniors I don't see a reason why he shouldn't win 5-7 games next year. He ain't a bad coach he had to start from scratch there will always be fans that don't like the HC. Grundy doesn't have 100k to spend on a new HC plus raise the funds for New Jersey's cause let's face it that's what new HC want. Give the guy 1 more year
