Region 3 could only have 5 teams and move one out but I was trying to leave everything even as possible remember teams can still petition to move out of districts but that could mean some 5 team districts

wasn't real sure on regions 4, 5, and 6 I knew they could interchange some but also have a theory they might have region 2 oneida cumberland gap wartburg rockwood tellico plains region 3 marion tyner bledsoe meigs polk this would not be fair to middle and west regions because it could load them with 7 to 8 team regions but these do make the most sense geographically
