  1. No, you're still the same idiot who has no idea what THEY'RE talking about. It has everything to do with Ooltewah...hazing is illegal and should never be tolerated. You are so naive it isn't funny...voluntary? What a joke. How many 14/15 year-olds can't wait to get up in the morning so that an 18-year-old can pull their pants down and brand them with a hot iron. You are an idiot. What happened in December was assault, and criminal charges should have been filed, and when they (Massey, Station Camp, and Sumner County Schools) get sued and it comes out that the coaching staff did know about this moronic "ritual" and yet did nothing to ensure it did not happen again, Massey's teaching and coaching career will be over and taxpayers will be paying for that kid's college education. Massey's primary job is to take care of the students under his control...he failed.
  2. You obviously have no idea what YOU'RE talking about, and if you don't think what was reported on Channel 4 is just fake news from a disgruntled former player, then you're much, much closer to being an idiot than the rest of us. I don't suppose you read the news about the hazing incident the previous year in Ooltewah where 3 teens were found guilty for assault and rape/sodomy? TSSAA sent out a(nother) mandatory requirement for all coaches to review with their teams this year that hazing was illegal and would not be tolerated. When the incident was reported to Massey by the player(s) in Kentucky less than 5 months after the verdict was passed down, he knew that if he failed to notify his management and the police that his job was absolutely at stake. He still will likely be sued along with the school district for what happened. If you think this is a one-time incident and/or that the coaches are without fault in this, YOU are the one who is gullible.
  3. SC 7-2 lost @ Beech and @ MJ remain: home vs Gall/Leb/MJ and @Leb/WC GAL 7-3 lost vs SC/MJ and @Beech, remain: home vs WC/Leb and @SC/Hend MJ 7-3 lost both to Leb and vs Gallatin, remain: home vs Beech and @SC/Hend/WC Leb 6-3 lost both to WC and vs Gallatin, remain: home vs SC/Beech/Port and @SC/Gall B 6-4 lost home vs MJ/Leb and @SC/Gallatin, remain: home vs Hen and @MJ/Leb/Port WC 4-6 won both vs Leb, home vs Hend, @Port, remain: home vs SC/MJ/Port and @Gall H 2-8 won home vs WC/Port, remain: home vs Gall/MJ and @Beech/Port Port 0-10 reamin: home vs Hend/Beech and @ WC/Leb So in Wilson County, Lebanon beats MJ both times, WC beats Lebanon both times, and MJ beat WC the first time they played, still have to play at WC...??? If Lebanon beats SC in the make-up game at SC on Monday night, there will be a 4-way tie for 1st place with SC/Leb/MJ/Gallatin with 3 losses each. If SC wins, they will be in 1st by themselves, MJ/Gallatin tied for 2nd (already split their home Beech has the longest winning streak right now in the district, with 4 wins in a row (@Hendersonville, vs SC, vs WC, and @Gallatin). MJ has gone 5-1 since Christmas break (lost @Lebanon, but beat SC/Beach/Gallatin in the process), Lebanon had won 4 district games in a row before losing to WC tonight, Station Camp has lost 2 of their last 5 (@ Gallatin and @ MJ), and Gallatin has now lost 3 of their last 5. It should be an interesting couple of weeks for tournament seeding.
  4. He played on Tuesday vs Stratford.
  5. Apology accepted. Understand that it is hard for a Beech grad to speak nicely of HHS. Good luck on your season. This year will be the toughest for Station Camp to repeat, but they are still the favorites because of Chase Freeman. Incredibly, Freeman is arguably better at soccer than basketball, but the court is his deepest love. He is a great young man. Eden and Zazzaro are both excellent players as well, but SC just doesn't have the depth they have had the past 2-3 seasons, so one of their key players having an off night will be much more likely to be capitalized on by their opponents. HHS did take SC to overtime last year on their court, but they clobbered us on our court.
  6. So, B52bomber3... You come onto this message board talking trash about schools in this district and you just don't know when to be quiet. A week ago you claimed that your team was "going to blow hendersonville out today in 3 hours." When you came back on the board that night, this is what you posted: Funny, you didn't seem to mention that Hendersonville blew White House away in that scrimmage and dominated White House the ENTIRE game. You didn't mention that that happened even though HHS starting junior point guard did not play at all due to injury--and he wasn't expected to be our starting point guard until the starter from last year transferred out of state a few weeks ago. HHS starting senior 6'6" post player did not play at all due to injury (he was arguably the toughest big man to play against for the past two years--ask any other post player or coach in the district about his size and athleticism). Another HHS senior guard that played a lot last year did not play at all due to injury. In fact none of the players that started last year, or got any significant varsity playing time last year played even half the scrimmage against White House. And they still blew White House away...with last year's JV/Freshman team playing the bulk of the minutes. Based on your own observation that if teams can't beat Hendersonville then they really suck...guess what? White House really sucks. You claim to help coach White House? If so, do yourself and your team a favor and quit talking trash on message boards that you can't personally back up. Or delete your posts before your head coach reads them and kicks you off the team.
