It seems that if these are legitimate issues, were they brought up at the annual meeting. If they were not, then it sounds like they are baseless allegations of men who would rather find problems than solutions. Find a way to help. P.S. I think when a man is out to do the right things in life, people follow. Lastly, this whole thread seems personal.

We're you on the conference call, and if you were did you bring up these issues, but if you were not do you really care about making the TWF better or just whining on this forum. Looking back on your past posts, one could conclude that you like to stir up drama but don't have any real drive to make things better. You remind me of a guy who is witness to a house on fire and just sits there, doing nothing to help, then makes comments on how pretty the flames are. Have you ever asked the TWF board if there is anything that you could do to help out. Seems like the right thing to do.

It seems that according to the bylaws on the web page that board members have 3 year terms. Please visit theTNUSAWrestling.com web site to view the bylaws. As for the Board, over the past 2 years the TWF has grown, Reasons why: Cadet team going to the Cadet National Duals for the 2nd straight year. After a 4 year lay off. Reduction in National Team duals fee. SCHOOLBOYS $450 to $300 Cadets $650 to $500 and Juniors $650 to $500. Junior National Team finish 8th at the National Duals. 2nd Year that accounts are closed with money in the bank. Multiple National Champions along with participation numbers at National events at an all time high. Example Fargo wrestlers up. Club and Coaching participation numbers at an all time high. National Womans Team created and have 2 National Champions. Athlete membership at 933 up form 2016 899. Best of the Best duals being brought back with participation from State Champion from across the state and all divisions making it the premier event of the season. So it seems that with just these few accolades that the leadership and the board are doing something right. Participation numbers up, with using the same money as other boards, maybe less with a positive bank account. Good job TWF, thank you for your hard work. Does not seem like you get enough praise for all your hard work.
