Boys & Girls 2010 Region Tournament Brackets

Recommended Posts

Edited and Updated for 2010!

This is the board for providing post-season region tournament information for 2010.

The post-season tournament brackets are available again this year at jim314.com. A few guidelines for using this board:

1. Check to see if the information you're about to post is already up at jim314.com

2. Don't post unless you know the data you are posting is correct

3. Please corrections for any erroneous data on the brackets at jim314.com (the TSSAA has provided specific guidance on when the region tournaments should be held, but occasionally, the region tournaments will be slightly different)

Other notes:

Each bracket can be printed on one page with relative ease.

The TSSAA will hold a blind draw for state tournament matchups after the sectional games. Jim314 will be posting the state tournament brackets after the sectional winners are slotted during the blind draws, but that will be after the sectionals themselves occur.

    • Yea, they have Davey quaking in his boots. Someday they'll even have a winning season.
    • Guessing this may have been the closest I can think of...... Bill Harlow: (from wiki) After leaving OSU, Harlow went on to win three national titles in freestyle wrestling.  He won a silver medal at the 1970 World Wrestling Championships, falling to Soviet Gennady Strakhov in the finals at 90 kg.
    • The Simpson brothers had good freestyle careers.
    • Barn eye weal haiv two say thait eye've hurd tha werk inviromint att 825 iz purty pore...Inn othur werds moore thain a teechur ere three, haiv tolt me hits purty hosstile.....
    • Maybe some of the historians can get on here and help me out, but has anybody from Tennessee ever had as much success in an international style as Boykin? The only other Tennessee native I can remember competing for world team spots is the older Boykin in freestyle and he wasn't nearly as close as Nick has been to making world teams.
