Is there currently a good staff at Glencliff or will new coaches be needed? Is new coach bringing anyone with him ,does he have anyone in mind he wants to help him?

I would say at least some new coaches are needed. I know the new coach has reached out to some. Finding coaches that want to go to glencliff is a hard sell.

I'm sure Smith is being helped by the principal as far as teaching jobs go.. If the principal will support you and get coaches in the building, then finding assistants will be a little easier.
