Think about this: rotate the games each year between Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis. Now somebody tell me why this method wouldn't work, because I can't see why. Because asking a team from Memphis to drive 7 1/2 hours to Knoxville is ridiculous, and asking a team from Mountain City or Roan Mountain to drive 10+ hours to Memphis is even more ridiculouser.
