Alcoa's winning % against private schools since their "dynasty" as many call it began in 2004 is greater than .900 overall.

DCA, Knoxville Webb, CAK, CPA, Goodpasture, Lipscomb, Knoxville Catholic, Notre Dame, McCallie

Alcoa's record against them during that time = 37-4

Guess what they all do.......

Alcoa is also 5-1 against Fulton during that time frame. Fulton isn't exactly playing with kids like "Wartburg or Oliver Springs" now.

Yea.. Alcoa has great program .. can compete with anybody in State.. tough hard nosed play .. they better than good .. yes 5-1 against Fulton .. and Fulton played them .. scheduled games with them knowing Alcoa was the better team .. was disappointed when Rankin decided to CANCEL playing Fulton when Fulton had best teams they had in 2013 and 2014 .. would have fun to see if we could have gotten that record to 5-3 .. but ... Rankin took that chance away ..

Really...........Let's remember 2016 did not end too well for the Irish......Lost 3 of 4 down the stretch..........Don't think you all ever really challenged Alcoa much either..........like the rest of us in 3A

3A Playoffs Second Round   L 28-56

oh; shes still bastin in her vanilla ice cream and dr pepper float,  over that once in a century win..,,

....a tiny bit of a an down year gonna happen occasionally to the Irish and thats OK....besides Booger can stomach crow decently......the Irish will heal from her injurys and be just fine, move on to another 9-10 plus win season, deep playoff run and sending 4-5 players every year off to play football on Saturdays; while you continue enjoying those 4 win average seasons waitin on that one win that can carry you over to the next decade

Booger just sayin  :popcorneater:

agree....Alcoie is making a joke out of public school 3A football since they have an East Tennessee All Star team year in year out...until an occasional private like CPA or CAK out recruits them....but those 2 have gone officially pay-for-play now...something Alcoie should be forced to do....level playing field...that's all the "play with what gets off that yellow bus" schools are asking for....

forced to do?......now thats a point of view makes me think of the democratic party right now.....just man up and get to work; ....what we did.....wernt quiet good enuff before the PUBS run us out and on to bigger and better things.....Aluminum City fan base elite actually had Booger a Goon tshirt made, they were so happy that ND was movin on

actually gonna miss those girls

Fulton would have beaten Alcoa in 2014. In 2013 however Alcoa would have beaten Fulton.

It would have been a 6-2 edge over an 8 year period.

The games against Knoxville Catholic both of those seasons are pretty accurate indicators.

Alcoa will have the HAMMER in the backfield this year, coming home for his Sr record setting year!!! JS !!!

That will be a key piece for sure!! Next piece.....Oline.

With a solid Oline this could be a better offense than 2009-2010.

You guys sure about this ? If so...wow!
