He is stoppable but not by anyone in single A. He averaged 40ppg during the season and averaging 44 during the state tournament. He hasn't been held under 22 points in a game and that was by the AAA school in North Carolina who went 24-6 in the highest classification in North Carolina and only beat Clay by 4.

He had 49 and 45 vs Macon County a AA state tournament team. He had 48 and 40+ in two games vs Van buren a A state tournament team. He had 30 vs Goodpasture who trounced Columbia Academy by 34. He's scored 40+ like 15+ times. Did I mention he is averaging 44 points 12 rebounds 4 assists 3 steals during the state tournament?

So what's your definition of unstoppable? He has faced MANY guards much better than McClain and Pace during his career and that's a fact.

Like I said earlier, forget all that's been done so far and whoever he's played!! It's one game tomorrow and I gotta feeling you'll feel differently tomorrow about just who can defend him and who can't. We've done our talking on the court and will continue to do. Sure playing the matchups game is cool and it's nice to see what it looks like on paper but all that is worth about as much as the paper it's written on! We know we're more than capable of raising that gold ball and we're going to do everything we can and then some to make that happen!!

He may have the greatest performance ever, win MVP and still lose...Happened before!!

team gotta step up

Agreed the team needs to help out. However Clays guards still didn't shoot that well today but Silk had a big day with 17. If silk performs that way again and even if 1 guard steps up then Harriman will have a very tough time winning.
