Memphis starts 2019 recruiting push 

On June 15, college coaches could officially make direct contact over the phone with 2019 recruits. At least eight announced Memphis offers on social media. Notable prospects included Oak Hill guard Josh Nickelberry, the cousin of incoming freshman David Nickelberry; West Point, Miss., point guard Austin Crowley; and forward Vernon Carey, who is considered one of the top recruits in the country out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Among local prospects, East big man Malcolm Dandridge said he spoke with Tigers Coach Tubby Smith, and Memphis also reached out to Jeffries, who plays alongside Dandridge on Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball League with Team Penny.

By Wednesday, the Tigers had made contact with East forward Antavion “Dude” Collum. All three players had received offers from Memphis.

Honestly what's the point of Wiseman going to East if they aren't going to play a fully national schedule? He's already a top 5 prospect, what can East do for him that he's not already accomplishing himself. He could win the championship at Ens when Garland graduates so the championship thing can be accomplished on both ends. Ensworth has a great coach so that's not the problem either. The only benefit in him transferring is practicing against Dandridge daily.

But with Wiseman they can go undefeated and be the National Champs without playing in the Dicks National Tournament

To be the best you have to actually beat the best, i don't think they are into honorary rewards.

Okay maybe that has more so to do with him playing summer ball with Team Penny. Another thing what other teams stood out to you. I heard Bartlett  could be pretty good with adding Mason and Rooks.But who else is there

Lonzo. All team went undefeated his senior yr and they didn't play in the dicks Tournament and they was national champs, the best teams are not in the Dicks tournament. Just like last yr Michael Porter Jr team went undefeated and was National Champs and they didn't compete in the Dicks Tournament neither. So it's not Honorary
