What is the tiebreaker if 2 district teams doesn't get their games in?

OK 2 district teams get rained out & never play. They have same win loss record against the other district teams. Will it be based on runs allowed, runs scored, & then coin flip? In that order?

Your coach should know as each district sets their own tie breaking rules from what I understand.  TSSAA really doesn't care as long as the seeds are set for tournament play.
