bobcatfan300
Pickett County led DeKalb Co most of their game but the Tigers came back from 23-15 to take a 25-23 lead before PC scored 7 straight to go up 32-25. The Tigers kept it close until the the middle of the 3rd quarter when PC started to pull away and won 63-44. PC has all their starters back and have a deep bench. Dawson Abbott led PC in scoring with 16. Very impressive was freshman John Parker Reagan who came into the game and played like an upperclassman. Clay Smith also came in and made all 6 of his free throws. DeKalb Co is quick and plays very good D with some good shooters too. Tomorrow (Saturday) Clarkrange hosts a big play day for both boys' and girls' teams. I'm not sure of all the teams playing but know that Cookeville, Livingston and Watertown will be there. This should be a great day of basketball.

bobcatfan300
Clarkrange got down by as much as 16 today...or close to that against Cookeville but cut it to 7 with about 2 minutes to go. Cookeville won by 10. No one better overlook Clarkrange. LA didn't look good.
