There would have to be a cap with larger rural schools having to play in the large urban, due to less of them (Henry County, McMinn County , a few more). I have no idea what message you are trying to convey via the written word!
Indian
Three classes in urban, two in rural. Due to being so much larger than most rural schools, the Jefferson Counties would have to be in the urban class.

I vote Greene County uses the nickname Greene Goblins if they consolidate to one school! PS: Don't put a track around the football field! Indian
Would they be that much better than what Greeneville is now? Their detractors say they take it all from the other schools already.

No track around the football field. Y’all better start now or they will give you the cookie cutter Stadium/track.

I highly doubt that most people are worried about the football field. The county commissioner still has to come up with a way to get 90 Million for this to even go through. A lot of upset people going to board meetings
HTV
Just curious - why should classifications be split between "urban" and "rural"? It's should be about public/private schools and number of students, period.

From what I saw, way too many small to midsized schools in metro areas were being called rural, just because they weren't specifically located in a crowded zip code. It didn't get any serious push as far as I remember. Why I wish it would have-likely keep teams in the same time zones, reduce distance in many cases, cut out public private and most open zone issues (rural privates would be in the urban group), and it would be easier to drop the number of classes down 1 or 2. I'd say 7 or even 6. Better than 9. I'd want a specific breakdown of classes and what they were considering urban before I backed it fully.
