Help me out

I've got a 7 year old wrestling for the first time and loves it. This is one sport I began knowing 0 about and after his first tournament on Saturday on a scale of 0 to 100, I now feel like I'm at 1.

I know you men and women here are pretty knowledgeable, so I'd appreciate any help. Basically, how to learn about scoring, the ins and outs, etc.
